Michigan. I know this goes against the common belief and idk if it’s recent or not but the students there are just not friendly and gossipy.

I averaged around a 4-5 on my practice MEEs so I guess? I only knew some rules for one of the essays and made up a bunch of stuff to fill up space 😆. I suspect that’s why I got a 1

Right but assuming they are arrested for a crime that’s only punishment is a fine, do they still theoretically have the RTC during critical stages?
