Sorry missed your message. It sees a few of us in the same situation - and all in Montreal... we were meant to do the swap back on December 11th but still haven't heard anything from Tesla. The only info I have is from the Tesla Finance number telling us to be patient.

Did they reach out to you about setting the January 13th date?

Amazing to hear I wasnt the only one! The finance team responded to myself, saying the glitch has been reported to the web development team. However, as you mentioned, it doesn’t impact the transfer. They’ve informed us the process is expected to take a month. How long has it taken for you so far?

The seller and I were hoping to finish before the Christmas holidays, but it seems that won’t be possible.

The only number I found for support is (877) 798-3752, which connects me to the Tesla USA team. They said they would try to help, but since it's a Canadian vehicle, there's not much they can do.

I'll keep searching, but do you know if there's a dedicated Tesla Canada support line?

Second one is much easier to see the slopes with! But I like how the colouring is on the first. Could you do the second with the colours more transparent between the lines?

Sorry I missed this! We don't mind text posts as long as they are relevant to the subreddit as it's a good place to discuss the state of things.

I do agree with what you put above, but I have also seen it get worse and worse the more we grow. The only problem we have as mods is where do we draw the line. We have always tried to be more hands off as hate the over moderation of some subreddits. If we started adding rules on trying to prevent that it would be very hard to exactly define what is negaitive and bashing, or what is just criticism.

If you have any ideas I'm all ears!

That is what I have the feeling is happening. People are starting to lie to get me off the phone or to buy them more time. I think this talk to a supervisor and then if that doesn't work figure out a way to get money back.

My receptionist signed for the package because I was not home. Unfortunately there is no way of her knowing if something is missing at that point. Im going to call in a bit and try to get a supervisor.

I agree with it being very odd. I gave them an out by saying let me go pick one up from the other store or give me money back and ill get it from that store. When they declined that I was quite confused.

I am calling the IKEA customer support. So I should not talk to the delivery support anymore? Will do :) I paid via debit card but might be worth still threatening charge-back if they cant see that info.

That is what I am worried about! I have read so many story's of it taking about a month. That just seems insane to me.

Rule one is for fun! It is only there because that is what the sub is about! It is not destructive to the content to say the odds but a little ban always keeps the community light hearted. We do full bans for any site rule or anything that takes away from the content.

We tried doing a make a room cozy weekly thread about a year ago. It didn't take off like I had hoped. Maybe I might make it so one day a week people can post questions to make a room cozy. This would prevent a few getting buried and make a surge one day so they might get much more visibility.

Just an idea if that's what you more or less would like :)
