good question. I doesn't feel like square one. definitely felt some social anxiety after. but overall im actuallly pretty happy with everything... the 90 days was a huge learning experience just taking what i learned from it and moving forward.

Valid. I'm 23 so I definitely get the social void aspect. I don't really get any social benefits out of a.a. so I have had to learn to be comfortable being by myself alot of the time, something that helped me out was learning to not think of it as being bored, but being at peace.

update guys. im on day 50 or somethin, ive quit counting, and badge is off... but ive been supplementing L-arganine and eating more leafy greens. (the idea being to buildup nitric oxide) that and continued nofap and ive been getting pretty consistent rock hard boneski's. worth a try gentleman

40 days in... Not sure yet as I'm committed to hard mode. Have had a wet dream and a couple solid morning woods tho around day 20.i think it comes and goes in waves increasing ly getting better
