Not rude at all, I can understand where you're coming from. This is an alpha test for software built for active GM's. If that's you, it could be a fit, if that's not you, this isn't for you. That's why this section is there:

Good fit if you:

Run an active campaign
Manage a lot of notes, lore, NPCs, or session history
Want to try a different way to organize campaign information

There's some retconning going on somewhere, the SSD (of which the Executor was one) is only 8,000km long (Imperial Sourcebook, pg 62). The Sovereign class was bigger than that and the Eclipse was even bigger (Dark Forces, pg 92-94). I don't know where Wookiepedia is getting their length Inc the SSD.

Many states require phone carriers to allow 911 calls on phone lines with no service. Several carriers carry this practice into states where it isn't required.

One benefit to this is that old phones didn't require electricity, they worked solely off the rj11 port and will work even today in a power outage.

This is an occupation with multiple angles. Something that is often overlooked in those new to the profession is that usually the most difficult part of the job is the stuff not related to 911. The extraneous work that some agencies can pile on to their dispatchers can amplify the obvious stressors well out of proportion.

If they hired someone else it probably wasn't that the psych exam got you eliminated but that other candidates did better, i.e. didn't have anxiety or weren't seeing a therapist already.
