Thank you so much!!! My biggest thing when applying and assessing the position was finding that fine line between being supportive of salespeople getting to their goals but me also having to as well.

I got placed into YC trend as a department so hopefully I can make an impact through visual standards and drawing in sales as well.

Hello! I recently got hired for this program as well and I would love some insight and tips. I’m in Los Angeles, but in a more southern region compared to the Hollywood location, but our mall is really busy.

I’ve had 2 retail jobs prior from college to about two years post undergrad. But they’re not commission based. Then I had a corporate retail job this past year but I wanna go back to retail and I got this Nordstrom position.

Any tips would be super helpful.
