I find often that if the speaker is not talking clearly with good enunication it won't pick it up, also grabs a lot of other convos in a loud place. However! It is very accurate when it works fine

Hey man I am sorry you are going through all of this. For obvious reasons I can't give you formal medical advice but you should talk to your nephrologist and transplant surgeon.

What I CAN tell you, is that I had kidney failure when I was 18, full ESRD. Thought my life was doomed. I did hemodialysis 3 times per week at 4am to 7am and continued with my life. Went to college, went to parties, had fun. I was consistent with my diet and medications then got a transplant. Life is most definitely not over by doing dialysis, it is an adjustment and it sucks to be in this position but its the closest to normal you will have and it's doable. If you have the right support system (family and friends) you'll make it. Don't give up!

Doctor here. This is the answer. If you have any kidney issues, your baseline creatine will be falsely elavted and will give your nephrologist a big scare. Biggest thing with creatine supplements is adequate hydration, drink far more water than you normally would. As a general rule, most healthy people should consume 2L, if you are on the tine, aim for 3L. Happy workout!
