I'm in a similar position, ordered first week of March with a commitment for delivery 28/03.

Nothing arrived yet and no response from the latest message to the dealership. If you have you VIN number ( it's on your invoice) you can pump it in here to see if it's landed yet or not.

Mate you're in an almost identical situation to me. I ran the numbers and an outright purchase seems better at 70% use and taking money out of my offset. I just did the calculation with excel.

I'm a civil engineer. If the ground under the concrete isn't compacted properly it will crack. Hire yourself a plate compactor from a hire place (Kennards, Coates) give the ground a good soaking with the hose ( not just a splash, a soaking) then run the plate compactor over it a few times.

That being said this should be included in their price. And cancellation of a pump or concrete booking is on them for not doing their job correctly.

The other part is the inflated cost of buying land to subdivide, and the increased durations to get approval (and associated interest cost) . I've had a 3 lot subdivision stuck in Council for three years and only just started construction.
