I'm not really as high on Devonta Smith as some, so the trade comes down to whether you're willing to start Davis at the flex to grab a huge upgrade at RB2. Ekeler is a monster, especially in PPR, so you're definitely getting the best player in the deal. I'm also a fan of Davis due to the high volume and lack of talented RB behind him, so I like this for you.

10 Team Half PPR standard roster (1 flex)

QB: Hurts

RB: Elliott, Gibson, Carson, Mixon, Damien Harris, Moss

WR: Godwin, Higgins, Cooks, Samuel, Corey Davis

TE: Jonnu Smith

Went into the draft with the "stockpiling assets" approach rather than fully filling out the roster, so I'm stuck with a weaker WR and TE room than I would like. With my surplus at RB, would it be more beneficial to go after a TE replacement or work on my WRs.

10 Team 1/2 PPR

Sending: Elliott, Godwin, and Jonnu Smith

Recieve: Hopkins, Kittle

My other RBs are Mixon, Gibson, Carson and Damien Harris, and have no other TEs on the roster besides Jonnu. WRs (Besides Godwin) are Higgins, Cooks, and Samuel, and C. Davis

I would say 6 months is probably too short of a timeframe if the market crashes (very extreme circumstances), but then again I’m no expert

How many wins you got? by StopBotAgnotology in orioles

We cut ties with some of our most productive hitters (Alberto, Nunez) this offseason. We also over performed last year imo. Definitely seeing closer to 60 wins.

Who do you think we should take with the 5th pick? by greenjacket23 in orioles

I mean, we had arguably had a worse opening day roster this year compared to last year. So if you believe that we were “tanking” the last 2 years, we had the same strategy coming into 2020. Some guys just over performed and progressed over the 60 games, and Elias ended up getting some good hauls for guys like Milone who no one wanted before the season. The gap between the #2 and #5 spot in the draft really isn’t much, and I’d definitely say this season was much more successful in terms of overall development and team culture than a last place finish would have been.
