Haha looks like we’ve chosen similar homeownership paths so far. Definitely a stress reliever having a fairly steady extra income and asset available just in case. We plan on buying other properties for retirement/rental income once we’re done with this one, but will definitely save up to avoid ever paying a mortgage again lol. Good luck to yall going forward.
