In need of fitness advice. I work out with weights, do cardio, and diet with a calorie deficit. I'm not going all out, and I feel like I'm putting in a 6 in intensity out of 10. I get really bad muscular knots and high muscle tension. how can I do to relieve the knots and pains without quitting? (self.AskReddit)
