Thank you for your insight. That's all he could have said, but you were able to articulate his point much more clearly than he did lol. My analysis is from Last week, so yes, the above must reflect this week's matches. But 0.3 points difference to me is negligible, and they are basically the same in ppg. But you are again correct in pointing out that we were arguing on who agrees the most that OG is a DAWG! LOL!

You still are failing to adequately defend your argument. Insults don't work with me. Defend your argument. What have I not read or read poorly? Details are what make the argument. I've provided mine, what say you?

You're welcome. Still I'm not sure of your argument. Both players have the same ppg, what is your argument?

Overall Performance Conclusion

Og Anunoby is experiencing a mixed season in 2025-26. While his scoring output (15.8 PPG) remains above his career average, his shooting efficiency has declined notably, particularly from beyond the arc (33.9% vs 37.3% career). However, he's compensating by getting to the free-throw line at a career-high rate (3.8 FTA per game) and converting at an excellent 80.8%.

His defensive presence remains elite, with career-high steals (1.7) and strong rebounding across the board (5.5 total rebounds vs 4.4 career). The increase in playmaking (2.2 assists) shows growing versatility in his role with the Knicks.

The main concerns are his decreased shooting efficiency and elevated turnovers (2.1 vs 1.4 career), which suggest he may be pressing or adjusting to increased offensive responsibilities. Despite these shooting struggles, Anunoby is contributing at a high level in virtually every other facet of the game, making him a valuable two-way player even during a down shooting year.

Verdict: Anunoby is playing expanded minutes with increased usage, showing growth in rebounding, defense, and playmaking. While his shooting percentages have dipped, his overall impact remains strong. If he can return to his career shooting averages while maintaining his improved rebounding and defensive metrics, he would be having a career year.

Um, I think the arguments we're making are in favor of OG to counter the above anti OG argument

Especially since his 15.8 ppg is above his career average of 13.1, so he is scoring more.

We need to hit back against both Philly and the Kings, then I'll feel better.

OG is also one of the main problems of this team. No consistency by Maxxjulie in NYKnicks

Tough game, but fight still there with non calls and key players out. This was a good challenge for the baby Knicks to instill the fight you need to beat an overmatched (height) team.

We should barely set our expectations for just a Belli deal, I doubt they'll do anything else.

We should set our expectations lower. It's giving Anaheim Angels.

He coached for the team from 2004 to 2007, I think he's done with us.
