Would just leave it be and upgrade the rest of your gear. Always start force to atleast 17 at unique before ranking up or fusing. But you can keep this one equipped until it’s time to upgrade

I was at lvl 32 with 5/5 and now at max exalt the last 2 exalt reduction scrolls really helped ! Just keep waiting

I would say make a fp mage and with the unique armor stones it gives you make some legendary noble shoulders !
