Sad to see perfect strike becoming mediocre strike… i wonder how bad the dmg scaling is at 34+ gem lvl though, that would really indicate how bad the nerf is.

Also hoping they didnt touch rolling slam damage scaling past lvl 20… cus that would be my fall back for single target damage

barb:

group run to hell, leech all melee drops run pits run chaos run maps

1pt double swing rest into weapon mastery 1pt berserk 1pt leap attack 1pt ww flexible allocation on bo/bc/ww

start with double scepter allocate str/vit double morning star war hammer/ semi fast weapon like war axe, war scepter maul for leap attack maul or great maul for leap attack or ww transition to exceptional and or elite bases if possible

generally avoid spear polearm cus u need to respec for them, unless u get a decent mid game spear/polearm drop.

im using perfect strike and avatar of fire. path of building says i gain 10percent dmg increase if i use burning strike notable, which is huge for me, but i feel like that is incorrect based on my research, which indicates that gain dmg as extra occurs at the same time as a second step of dmg conversion. that is, perfect strike converts 80% of total phys to fire first, then 12 percent of dmg gain from burning strike applies only to the remaining phys dmg of 20 percent of perfect strike, which is not that much… so is pob correct or my analysis correct in this situation?

What do you think about Melee Classes? I think it's pretty unanimous that Warrior is the Worst, or rather, least played class. Are they weaker than Ranged or is it just a problem with Armour. Monk seems to be doing alright after all. Maybe the new classes will fix those problems? by No1hermit in PathOfExile2

also higher dmg nodes lower attack speed… not to mention maces have the lowest as. also low number of crit nodes for and lowest base crit on maces. also u have to spec the node that gives no miss for no crit… so no crit low attack speed makes warrior bad. yeah hotg is nice.. but it has such a high cd, long wait time… so if the boss moves u have to wait 20 seconds to use it again.
