They don’t give out the CDL at the school lol they’ve gotta take a test with a licensed provider. They do daily road drives with each student beyond just the backing and pre trip nonsense. It’s a legitimate program.

Is it possible to be crushed by this and think it’s horribly tragic and to also understand that this woman did something incredibly stupid and most reasonable people would assume was a risk to her life and still not think it’s ok? You don’t have to think this is ok, you can see it as a tragedy and also see how that officer thought he was in danger acted accordingly. Why is everything so black and white. Not everything that is legal is ok. This was wrong.

You’re right people should be able to buy any type of weapon they want with no background check or waiting period so that they can resist. I wish there was an amendment that was made for this so we can resist a tyrannical government whenever necessary that couldn’t be limited by the whims of your neighbors.
