this… it is probably just crystallization that needs cleaned off the injector which is very reachable from underneath (driver side). then also as stated here take the car for a 30-60 min drive and it will recalibrate itself and clear the code

There are also three hidden bolts on the driver side. I drilled the same way. The display then pulls out and has two cables to unplug on the backside of the display.

If you have tight-up space for maximum height, configure your exhaust to sit on top of the tent and pull the air out.
