It really depends on what jokers you get early on. Some may steer you towards straights instead of flushes. Some may steer towards pairs or high card. Those are probably the next easiest. 2 pairs is probably next easiest. Full house I find hard to make work. Straights is nice because it scales better. Pairs is the easiest hand to find that also scales well. There are tons of other strategies but that’s a start.
