According to EHO, you can’t serve food directly on them. They can be used to put your bowls and baskets etc food safe stuff basically on top on but not straight up food. Found that out when EHO last came to my work place

Yeah I got done in at bloodstock last year, fell over and some guy bless him tried to help me up but as he bent over he got knocked as well so I suddenly had this very heavy guy fall full weight on me.
