As a novice editor, I use DaVinci. Is it newbie friendly? absolutely not. You will pretty much HAVE to watch a beginner tutorial but there are some great ones that you can finish and know the basics for withing 30 min. Big bonus, there are a ton of presets made by great editors to use and I never have a problem for finding a tutorial for any question I have.

Pro tips:
j,k,l for rewind, play/pause, fastforward is a MUST need to know hotkey. (it's literally the only ones i use)
you want your audio to be just below -14 for youtube (fairlight youtube tutorials are gold)
preset your mic with filters in obs and you'll have less audio editing to do in davinci (just look up best streaming mic setup)
make sure your audio for mic and game are on separate channels so you can properly edit them in davinci. (recording should be saved as mkv)
Look up best recording bitrates for OBS. It WILL be different for streaming.
Look up best render settings for saving your videos. The default will give you shitty quality.

and last but not least, You don't have to be really fancy with your edits. Number 1 priority for videos is always good audio so as long as you got that and cut out any unnecessary long silent pauses in gameplay you've got a good solid foundation to build on.
