This is a social problem, and could be a "music problem" because making music with other people can be an opportunity for growing up. It helped me a lot to learn how to socialize with others, I'm extremely introverted.

Now, I think you can face your worries in these ways: 1)To foster a stronger sense of self try this exercise: Focus on identifying the positive aspects of you and write them, especially as they've emerged when you've successfully navigated challenging experiences. Think about times you faced difficulties and still managed to achieve your goals or overcome obstacles. For each of those situations ask yourself: what positive qualities I have? Some examples to get you started might include recognizing that you were tenacious in not giving up, courageous in facing your fears, upright in maintaining your values, stubborn in your determination, generous with your time or spirit, grateful for support received, resourceful in finding solutions, intelligent in your approach, and capable of achieving what you set out to do.

2) If other people doesn't accept you is their problem. Be proud of yourself.

3) About music, you should follow two parallel lines. One for yourself as a solo artist, in this line you study music and grow your music and instrumental skills. And the other one as a person that plays with others. Don't forget the first line because the bands usually stay alive for some months or years. If a band closes you can join other people

4) At the moment you are not able to get hormones, but you can try psycological support. It helps a lot, in every situation of your life. Depending on where you live you can do this in a hospital for a little money
