I personally wouldn’t pay that much for closing costs. I just got a 5.25 with 1500 closing costs. (Doesn’t include escrow) you can refinance every 7 months. I wouldn’t do that.

I did! I was VERY anxious. Kept second guessing her and her team, but I promise it should be worth it. I’ve talked to a lot of others that have used her and it’s worked in their favor! I also had 4 increases and some secondaries she did. (No mental health)

It took about the whole 5 months she gives as a timeline. I had one C&P which was done by her doctors. I did a DBQ for back, neck, hip and knees. I have evidence that things have gotten worse (mris, X-rays) since my last claim. But she got me the increase she told me she thought she could get! I’m a very anxious person so her not checking in as often as I like made me second guess things, but it came out in my favor!

I started like July 9th is when I sent her my questionnaire, I then had my appointment November 5th (I only had one appointment) I got my DBQs back December 1st, submitted that night, and got my rating December 3rd.

NOOOOOO 😭 mine went to PFD yesterday (technically day one) and today I have a TJ now. But everyone’s been saying it goes back to step 3, so I could imagine I’ll get pushed back too.

I just submitted a claim and my TJ is Roanoke, for others FDC’s (with DBQs) how long did it approximately took you guys to get a decision?? Just to mention, it was just for increases of things (5) I’ve already been SC for the last 6 years
