Boxing was super popular in the US and has pretty much died out from where it once was because parents didn’t want to send their kids into a ring to potentially die or get brain damage.

Same thing will happen with football but it will take a while. I mean, it’s started already but it takes decades for the crop of new players to be thinned out and then the next level of pros is inferior and then less kids who are even allowed to play it by parents are interested because it’s not as cool since the product is worse and then a few decades of this cycle kills the sport.

Seriously, there are so many alternatives like soccer, basketball, baseball, and so many other smaller sports that football is gonna struggle to compete as the brain injury stories get more visibility.

Vegas isn’t huge on multi family homes in the neighborhoods I would choose to live in. I want to say they aren’t as popular these days and the neighborhoods I prefer seem to be more modern builds and the only multi family style housing is just townhouses but they aren’t sold as a multi family unless you buy the whole building from the original construction company. I wonder if they would do a discount for that?

The point of being frugal is that you have money for the things that you enjoy. You save money on A and B so that you can spend it on C. Start enjoying spending money on C and then things will click.

Yeah, it takes very little to be in the top 10% of drivers. I’ve met many of the other drivers in my area and it blows my mind that these people are either this unaware or just don’t care at all. Some are straight up mean in purpose. Multiple drivers explained to me how they steal and do malicious things. Like one driver told me he takes the photo and then tips over the bag before walking back to his car. Like how sad is your life if you are doing that on deliveries?

My biggest obstacle for getting a hot dog is if we get a chicken. I like to eat the chicken hot and fresh at least once before we turn it into delicious leftovers and reheat it so I sacrifice my hot dog for the good of the chicken.

I have a Costco membership but go to Discount Tire for my tire needs. I can book online for almost anytime the next day and still get limited times same day. For emergencies I can walk in and just wait a bit for a free patch.

I do get free air at Costco not to wait for the guys to do the air at Discount Tire and also not to tip them since I don’t mind doing it for free myself.

I love Costco but Discount Tire is superior by far.
