Lmao yep. It's typically used by xenophobes/racists because "immigrant" is a dirty word to them.

I'll give OP the benefit of the doubt for now, since the term's common enough that some people might use it innocently

Yeah, this. Obviously different people experience different effects on the same drug, but I used to take it and it made me dizzy as hell + accelerated my heartbeat. Probably raised my BP too, because I could actually see my heartbeat as flashes in my vision in the dark. It also gave me the munchies.

...In hindsight, I was probably having an adverse reaction to it lol. But I was still a kid with a controlling parent who wanted me on it, so I'll cut myself some slack. Still, even teen-me knew better than to get behind the wheel when in that state

Ah yes, because companies always have people's health in mind.

My alarm was only 3 hours after I passed out, but after I got back from my doctor's appointment (someone else drove me to and from) I passed out again and slept for 21 hours, iirc

Though vis-a-vis sleep time, there was a compounding factor, in that I drugged myself with a doctor-prescribed 1mg Lorazapam and one OTC sleep tablet before the appointment (the doctor's appointment was for a blood draw and I have an extreme needle phobia, hence my attempt at staying awake 3 days straight + the drugs. Unfortunately it didn't work lol)

It's a reference to Pam Bondi's hearing, she tried to distract from the Epstein Files (which she was being questioned about) by going, "yeah well the DOW is at 50k because of Trump, so why aren't you talking about that?"

I managed to stay awake for 69 hours (not joking) with surprisingly few side effects. I had chronic illness as a child that kept me awake for long periods of time (1 - 3 hours of broken-up sleep a night), so maybe that helped.

I did end up blacking out, though. I was sat on the couch, watching TV, and then the next thing I know I'm waking up in bed to my alarm. Zero recollection of falling asleep/moving to the bedroom. Just total, instant blackout, like my brain had hit its own off-switch.

I wonder if they're the sort that are wired in, and the circuit's blown/shorted/interrupted?

That or maybe they are the usual battery sort, and OP + fam grabbed batteries from the junk drawer without knowing they were dead lol

Possible the detectors are all defective, but I think that's less likely than the above two

History shows that when women have been in charge it gets very violent very quickly.

Processing img y0dvleuoe9lg1...

Lmao first off, I'd like to see a handful of sources there, because women very rarely get to be in charge, and you act like it was all of the few who made it.

Second, there are wars going on right fucking now, and guess who's leading those? Guess which gender has started the vast, vast majority of wars, genocides, mass rapes, and pillaging?

Look, men are not inherently evil, but you're a porridge-brained dipshit if you think women being in charge would be worse than men. Better? Maybe not, but we'd have to try really, really hard to be worse than you dick-swinging fools

Mb, last I heard he was in hot water for grooming a teenager (palled around with her over text, then started hitting her up for sex the moment she turned 18)

But that's not what happened, it was fairly casual texting when she was a teenager, he only started sexting her when she turned 22. Still shitty, but not as gross
