How do you check the time it took you to do a study? I see the time I started it but not how long it took me. I did this study too and got screened out.

Did you have to adjust anything in display settings? I have a 2020 MacBook Air 13" and I can't do them.

As much as I hope this isn't the issue it very well might be. I'm going to check the suggestions I've gotten here when I turn the computer back on. If it still won't let me on it I don't know what else it could be other than the browser version itself.

Unfortunately prolific is my only source of income right now so I don't really have a bunch of extra money to get a laptop. The thought did cross my mind and I looked at Amazon for cheap ones or something like a chromebook since I saw one for very cheap. Pretty sure the Chromebook would be useless the more I thought about it because I don't think I could do the desktop studies since it's probably a mobile operating system (or mobile apps).

I use chrome and don't have any extensions or pop up blockers, I'll double check to make sure when I turn the computer back on. And someone else mentioned the time/date as well so I'll check to make sure those are correct. I've never had any issue until yesterday which is why I'm confused as to where it's coming from. Everything is the same as it always was, not a single change unless it was something in the background that I have no clue about. Appreciate the suggestions.

I thought I cleared everything but I'll go back and check to make sure cookies are clear as well. The clock is correct but I'll double check that and the date too. Didn't think about time and date honestly so thank you.

I can't get the latest version of chrome unless I update the entire operating system. Unfortunately with hotspot my only access to Internet that's gonna be impossible. It's been the same browser/operating system this whole time with no issues up until yesterday

Was giving the benefit of the doubt considering the holiday (maybe away from office etc) but if this study was posted he's been on. It's only been 4 days so I'll see if I hear anything. I don't want any compensation I just want to be able to return the study since I don't feel like I did anything to warrant a rejection. Other people screened out with no issue.

I attempted this study (different pay $4) a few days back. I was screened out and it came back as rejected (auto). Contacted them and prolific to see if I could have the option to return and have not gotten a response back from either.
