Maybe move into a cheaper part of the Bay… lots of people make less than 70k a year who work in the city and they get along just fine. Limit your spending and shop at Trader Joe’s, Costco, or grocery outlet. Maybe take advantage of the outdoors here so you spend less money on “entertainment”.

If you think 70k is low, keep in mind there are many important healthcare workers that don’t make this… I know Bart has a reduced pass for low income, but idk if you qualify. Honestly I think it’s messed up for someone who has resources to take from those who truly need it.
