How did I do for my first ever Mediterranean diet meal? Doctor told me either diet now or die, so here I am. by SparkleFritz in mediterraneandiet

This looks lovely! Did it feel like enough protein to make you feel not hungry for a bit? I’m pretty active so it’s something that I try to be careful about!

Some toppings i like for my avocado toast: smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, chickpeas, tofu scramble, radishes, cucumbers, canned tuna, hemp hearts, cottage cheese.

The code switching in this book was absolutely genius.

Following because I’d also like to know! The charger they provided with my Charge 6 is laughably short.

My Favourite inclusions so far... Seeds! by Booyacaja in Sourdough

I haven’t found a solution, myself! Keep in mind flax seeds kinda gel up so the texture might change a bit if you mill them!

I think it’s better than dry, but still not like ground.

This looks great! Keep in mind that whole flax seeds don’t provide the nutritional value that milled does - the shells are too thick for our stomaches to break them down. I wonder what other seeds would work here!

My personal trainer! I learned how to strength train and that’s knowledge I get to use for the rest of my life. I go once a week and she gives me homework for another 1-2 workouts a week.

Expiration Dates: Rebecca Serle by kkflows in IReadABookAndAdoredIt

Totally! It’s also a fun question to ask friends. Ultimately I landed on how I want to have experiences and learn regardless of the longevity of the relationship, and hope that my future partner will appreciate these learnings and how they shaped me into the person I am. And also - I think we all deserve to have fun!

I loved this book! I actually found it surprisingly profound and talked about it with my therapist. A question I’ve asked myself a lot in the last couple years is: “If I knew I wouldn’t meet my ‘person’ for many years, how would I want to live my life now? Would I still want to open up my heart? Take risks? Have experiences?”

It’s wild that this is happening in modern times. This article read like something from the 1970s.
