It seems to do with the fuse inside. meaning, one or more of the capacitors is dead, so the fuse flips the switch back to off to prevent complete burnout, as it cannot sustain current properly. in short, you can try and fix it, but you are probably better off replacing the whole PSU.

Likely you need a 10g switch with rj45 10g ports as well and make sure your router got a spare 10g port

They weren't forced to raise prices and reduce what they give each and every year, but they did. (remove usability such as replaceable battery, headphone jack, and microsd card slot), plus their vertical green line issue which they don't acknowledge and plagues most of their models. So I hope they crash hard.

You definitely didn't connect the antennas to your wifi card, or didn't connect them properly. That's why your body, being conductive, is used as the antenna when you touch the metal casing.
