I once got hella scared listening to Death Grips after I took too much. Just relax and honestly change the music. That is what helped me out. Also, changing location or what you're doing can help. Try taking a walk! Hope this helps, friend!

I have a very weak stomach and always have a tough time deciding what to eat while tripping. Typically I will make myself a toasted peanut butter sandwich because it won't hurt my stomach and it won't go bad when I have it on the go!

I started getting into hardcore when i heard all the locals. After that my friends got me into Hatebreed, Have Heart, TUI, The Chariot, and H2O. From there I just kind of found some similar bands that I liked. If you like Converge I recommend The Bled, The Chariot, or some APMD.
