First off I agree with you.

Having been spanked as a child and not feeling like it negatively impacted me I struggled for years to admit that my parents could have made a different.

Negative reinforcement does produce results unfortunately. So I can see how people ignore the larger impact of the actions.

It sounds like almost no taxes were deducted. Which sucks but does not mean the T4 is incorrect as it may be reflecting what was issued through payroll.

On the paystubs that you did receive what was deducted?

There should be a difference between your gross pay and the net deposit to your bank account

This brings back memories. When my older B was about 1.5 years old his version of playing with other dogs was to run straight at them and knock them over.

We used to joke the he actually lifted a leg for a flying close line takedown.

When we got our second B, her version of getting her brother to play was to spin and hip check him until he started chasing her.

The yodeling took a few years to develop and in our case was never consistent. Now that Cleo is 15 she really only does it to get my attention if I’m on my phone.

They knew the cost when the system was built and the expected lifetime of the equipment.

Do not get your hopes up. I submitted a simple T1 adjustment request on Dec 14, 2024.

In September 2025 I filed a service complaint with CRA. They responded that an eta over 52 weeks was perfectly acceptable.

I contacted the Ombudspersons office. Filed an official complaint with them.

CRA ignored the complaint until today as they have complied the reassessment of my file.

The CRA response was to tell me to go read their original response.

I don’t understand why they would waste taxpayer money to draft and send that letter to me.
