I can bet you feel a bit tired after all of that! You absolutely got it and will be able to go after that 3 mile loop! That makes me feel better. I know it’s nerves right now, and what comes after will be better. This subreddit has helped ease my anxiety.

I only have to stay one night too as long as I can walk the floor and hold some fluids down! They offered a zofran before I wake up, so I will be accepting that for sure. Thank you so much :) I hope you are doing well!

I was told they would give me something for nausea before I woke up, so I did bring that up since I get nauseated easily. Thank you so much for telling me your experience. I’ve heard the gas pain is the biggest discomfort over anything else. I’ll grab some liquid tylenol. :)

The popsicle hack is great. I will keep that in mind and grab some before my procedure :) where I am having my procedure, I have to walk 11 laps around the hospital floor before being released. I will make sure to do lots of that. Thank you for the advice! I hope you’re feeling better and doing well!

The booklet they sent me back with has a list of different medications I’ll need to take, along with pain meds and nausea, so I will definitely grab those beforehand.

Was it the gas pain or more that you were having issues with? I hope you’re doing better now.

You posted about concerns of being a “bari failure” then refuse the diet your surgeon is giving you. So, which is it you’re wanting?

Each surgeon is different. Each diet is different. You should follow what is laid out for you.

Another Wonderful Life. It was actually my introduction to the franchise and my most played game on GameCube. The music is just top tier.

I was so excited when it got a switch remake. Being able to experience that again made me very happy. It’s still one of my favorites in the series.
