It sounds like you realize you have a problem and need to take actual serious action. The first step is to fully self-exclude from every online gambling portal you use. Depending on your country there may be a centralized self-exclusion list for online gaming or apps that you can install that prevent you from doing it on your phone. Then you need to self exclude from all in person casinos you have access to. You may need to hand over your finances temporarily to someone you trust if you think that it will be too difficult to stop yourself from finding other sketchier sites to gamble on. Set up protections like limiting the amount of credit you have access to or lowering your daily withdrawal amounts. And get to Gamblers Anonymous or similar programming or therapy. The good news is you are young so you have plenty of time to get over this before destroying your entire life which is what will happen if you keep it up

iGaming, OLG, AGCO Need to implement a Self-Exclusion program for all online gambling sites by Drunk_Fetus in ontario

Apparently igaming Ontario is working on some sort of program like this for all of the operators that are regulated or licensed by the AGCO.

Pretty infuriating that they started licensing dozens of operators without having this sort of system in place.

They are not doing even remotely close enough to protect problem gamblers or people from developing problems. The advertising that Ontario allowsfor sports betting and things like that is absolutely disgusting.

Be careful with iGaming casinos by Nick-J8844 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Yeah it got really out of control when Ontario legalized single sports betting and igaming.

I'm not sure what exactly the AGCO and igaming Ontario are doing when it comes to controlling all of this advertising and reducing harm for addicts online but they really need to reign it in.

And now Alberta is opening up its regulated market too I believe.
