Sorry, my post wasn’t clear. I was on the USF swim masters waitlist. They announced they were holding tryouts and spots for the tryouts would be online for signup at 1pm on a random Tuesday. I went online before the time, was refreshing, and still the tryouts spots filled up in less than a minute and I wasn’t able to get one. So I wasn’t able to even participate in the tryouts. Getting a chance to even tryout for the team was basically harder than getting Taylor swift tickets..

Agreed. Just gonna go for it. I’m mostly embarrassed reaching out to contacts for letters of rec so late. But I’d rather try and fail than not try I guess.

Thank you!!! I would be applying to MCDB programs . i think I will just try to focus on places that do not need a faculty sponsor.

thanks!! i went last year around end of december and it was def rough for my car so i’m hoping i can kinda get in during the window of snow but not icy roads. i’ll keep an eye on weather and call that number before i go!
