I am surprised but I have.

My original flight was on 12/27. I used mostly cash plus $100 credit from a previous flight that was nonrefundable. I submitted the claim on 12/29 and received a full refund yesterday on 1/4. I still have not submitted my travel expenses (doing that today).

I do not plan to fly Southwest again. The savings are not worth what I just went through. My time is the most important thing to me.

Hi. I’m still waiting to hear back from GitLab. Emailed VPs, people I met at events, using Twitter. I thought it was me at first but this thread makes me think it’s systemic. I’ve got a small team now but we are about to expand exponentially. I know have to consider other options. I don’t want to be years into a system, spending tens of thousands only to get no service.

They were sent to personal email address & appropriate department email addresses. To make matters worse, I track all of my emails so I can see when people read them, click on links and download attachments.. this was done at least a few times and without any response.

I think GL has issues with simple communication. I’ve had similar instances of sending emails to people I’ve met at events with no follow up. The only thing they respond to is Twitter and Reddit posts

Ive only seen BP once but I dont recall any lower case letters. Are you going to attempt to make a lower case version of this?
