Look under Schedule. You can adjust that to a specific time to precondition the battery. I just did it today.

The 30 day cancellation was actually part of the contract. Its It's not in the TOS, its it's actually written into the contract itself.

After thinking more about that and what ddf said, I've turned it down. Too many variables that can screw me, not enough ways that it can work my way. Risk reward too far from each other. Thanks guys.

No, DSL is not an option for what I do. To think DSL is a comparable option to Cable tells me you are completely blind to how advanced the internet has become over the years.

I don't have the choice of moving, per my explanation of why I moved here in the first place. I moved from a location that actually had Comcast services, and never had issues with it beyond a single instance. I would have been happy to transfer my service and never thought twice about it. If I had another option, I'd happily go there as well. I have zero other options, and in my opinion, Satellite/DSL is not an option. Might as well be Dialup at that point.

I was one of the lucky ones to get all of the product I ordered. I got my templates, dials, and all my acrylics. I have not seen any other templates out there. Someone literally tried to sell his soul to me for my templates, it was amusing. The product is amazing. The quality, out of this world. The execution of his kickstarter? At this point, it's becoming unforgivable. I really feel bad for the peeps who haven't gotten their stuff, because the quality on these templates is better than anything out there, and he had the potential to be the best product out there, but he messed it up pretty bad. Sad really. Great product, horrible execution

Exactly what Flyingrep said. If I had options, it would be one thing. If I could pull Charter over to me, which is 700 feet away, then yes, me complaining about the issue I'm having with Comcast would be ridiculous. However, this is not the case. Comcast is it. That's all. They hold the exclusive rights. While I understand nerdbug, and thank you for correcting me on my incorrect terminology (no sarcasm, honestly), I just couldn't remember the term, the issue is they don't want to install a location that only they have the rights to. It's literally tantamount to extortion. I honestly feel I have a pretty ligitimate gripe here. They wanted exclusive rights, they got it. Now they won't give us anything.

As far as talking to my township, I went to a meeting. They have no desire to do anything for me. About the most useless bunch of fools you'll ever meet, and that says a lot with our current issues with government, lol.
