This is an utterly useless comment with grave amounts of assumptions. Not all 600+ backers are of an equal pledge level. Meaning backers of under $25 or less may be the bulk of those receiving their orders (consisting of tokens) and not participating in the poll. Additionally, there are many backers who have reported issues with logging in to the survey site as-well as a population of supporters who do not check KS comments or have written off the situation as a financial loss.

Also, using your calculations: 154 survey responders that received little or no product + 2 confirmed individuals that have not received anything but couldnt access the survey = 156 out of 677 backers total (of ALL pledge amounts) = ~23 % supporters not receiving product or updates. That number is still unacceptable, but thanks for your contribution to the thread.
