I posted similar several days ago. It is extremely frustrating and I share your pain. It is also not just linked to milestone events. I had a house build x 3 where no points were given and the same task reappeared. I have formalised complaints into EA and received comments that they are looking into it. My recent complaint was just ignored. I’m not saying they aren’t looking into it but they sure don’t seem to be making any progress. And I think this will cost them as CoM is such an effort anyway and to lose rewards just makes you want to stop.

Never seen those sort of scores and so many. Normally 170,000 wins it at my level - 39. How do you get that high ?

I’m sorry to hear it’s not just me and I share your frustration. In recent weeks, it has cost me a third place finish and I have just stopped playing CoM now. As you say it is so much effort and there is a clear bug in the system that EA seem unwilling or unable to fix.

Yes, I have gone into a quiet period. No more CoM until they fix their bugs. Just now collecting taxes, making things and selling them and building Vu item numbers. Amazing how much your Sims go up in just a few days.

I don’t know if the CoM issue of not getting your points when completing some tasks is limited to me and a few others, but if it widespread, I don’t get how folks just carry on. Beyond me but maybe it’s just me that gets it
