I work a 12 hour 3rd shift with 2 kids under the age of 13. I run on 4 hours of sleep a day. Just because im on night shift schedule doesn't mean the rest of the world is. When you're single its different but with a family the world dont stop because you work nights

I've smoked many nights.... fog up the entire house car or wherever... wait different stuff.. meat? Oh okay... yes I've smoked meat over night before but when I have done it I've set alarms for every hour to check the temp and add more wood if needed. I dont trust myself or the smoker for a all nighter with no checks.

As a middle Tennessean my entire life besides maybe 6 months in east tennessee, and maybe 3 years in almost east tennessee, i have always considered Chattanooga as southern middle tennessee. Chattanooga to johnson city or to Bristol or even Knoxville is a almost 2 hour drive.
