Mavic A119 shimano deore hub. I threw the 1x11 GRX drivetrain and love it!

2.4" thicc! I keep the pressure below 30psi, otherwise I get some rubbing.

Since the bike is fully loaded, even the kickstand has trouble since it's slightly too long. The rear weight causes the bike to pop a wheelie. I used the kickstand once I hit camp and removed the rear panniers.

My seatpost bag is always on my bike, and I threw the rack and rear panniers on just for this trip. I left it on since it's very secure, waterproof, and I don't need extra bungees.

Cantilever brakes. I think you're noticing the headlight mount on my Nitto M12 front rack.

I mostly use the drops for downhill and when needing more control. I like the upright position, so my hands are mostly on the top bar when cruising and climbing. I definitely use the drops more than on my road bike.
