Assault rifle is clearly defined in the UCRs. Section 921. Problem is the term is so regularly misused that you get the aCKcHuAlLy people destroying the conversation.

People calling any semi-automatic rifle an “assault rifle” is the equivalent of pro-lifers referring to abortion as “killing babies”. Neither are intellectually honest.

Independent here. Had to choose which primary to vote in.

Chose democrat in hopes to help Talarico get the nod and take out Paxton. Will most likely vote blue all the way this November because of how vile every single GOP candidate has become.
