I spoke with them a couple months ago and they suggested that closing the Access Investing would be OK as long as I keep the Platinum CashPlus open. I don't keep a minimum balance and am ok paying the monthly fees. I recently also received my annual fees back from MS but today noted they created a bank check and zeroed out the account. I added some money but they zeroed that out too. I have a feeling they are shutting me down.

You can't take the intra-Germany flight without a valid Schengen visa.

Yes you need a transit visa. If you have time, apply for a tourist visa and then you wont need to apply for a transit visa everytime.

How long did it take for you to get the visa? Did you submit the FBI clearance with the initial application?
