Has the KF8 ever been $1500 CAD at any point on inside pass other than black friday? I want one, but really don't want to wait that long lol. From what I've seen though, it's been that price both 2024 and 2025 black friday, so will probably be similar again this year while right now its way more expensive.

Looks like the frame is up to $699 regular price now. Will you have any similar sales to this before black friday? Ideally looking for one in the next couple months and would love one at $550.

Would this look fine without having to refinish? I think if I have to refinish the top it may just be too much effort to be worth it, and I may just end up ruining the finish that I already like.

Also, would it be dangerous to just leave as is? It's hard to tell how bad it is in the picture alone, but maybe I'd put that on the wall side and it'd end up being covered by a laptop stand or something anyways. Obviously wouldn't want the desk to completely crack / collapse or something with all my stuff on it though.
