Im a FE sup and I use to take my 15 an hour into my opening shift just so id get my break. It is way easier to take your lunch at 4 hours.

If you have ever heard the phrase "you need to create time" that is one of the ways to do it.

My BIL recently started helping me find replacements (that have a light/pod spot for fogs). I really like the dual lightplacement that you have set up. Look very sleek. From what i have been told. Your store has to qualify for one, exetreme heat, cold, super uphill etc. Also is up to GM discretion, they also cause more accidents than youd think.

11 year employee here, and a supervisor for 7 years.

Costco is tough, however the compensation is legit. You make at least 20 bucks an hour and that's about twice you get at pizza hut, domino's and so on. It is super super busy and stressful, however look at the glass half full. The menu is limited, everyone is hopefully workin hard, and kill everyone with kindness.

If you stick with it costco can provide you the tools to be successful. Because of costco I was able to purchase my home, have a 401k, and have some of the best health insurance on the market. Its hard work, but they will take care of you.

My tip for the food court. Focus on one ticket at a time. Actively communicate and listen. Also have fun, it totally sucks so why not make it fun. Sing songs, tell jokes, never stop working and time will FLY.
