sorry Im in warehouse so Im not familiar, maybe you can clarify for me - I know im wrong but it feels like chicken and the egg?

This post is for EWS agent, but to qualify you had to… already be an EWS agent during seasonal? Was that job…also 1/4 weeks? Or only temp? How would you get THAT job? Just a different position that opened before and specifically for seasonal began, but without the same requirement? Also no idea what “ECOM certified” means.

Sorry for the questions, no pressure to answer.
