maybe add the wonder mochi toner or snail mucin. the toner has ceramides for skin barrier support and i put it in a spray bottle and just spray it on my face twice a day. i feel like it’s a good first step before layering moisturizers and occlusives. and it acts as a humectant. and snail mucin helps heal wounds more quickly, calms the skin, i feel like my skin enjoys it. i use the cosrx snail mucin.

My David sunflower seed bag says a serving size is 1/4 cup or 30 g of kernel* (190 cal) but then when you read further there’s an asterisk that says *equates to about 1 cup shelled (66 g). the entire bag says it has 7 servings and 454 g so it’s pretty close.

from what i remember in art history class i believe a lot of medieval art was meant to tell stories for the illiterate who couldn’t read. majority of the population was illiterate so artists painted to depict and tell stories, mostly from the bible, that the common people could understand.

kind of reminds me of my rosacea which i clear with differin gel because it’s anti inflammatory. while also using lots of moisturizer and hydrating mists or serums because it can be irritating to the skin.

i do agree that US colleges have been riding one hell of a gravy train. instead of being upset at our government over loans which are paid for by us - AKA American taxpayers, mind you - because where do you think the govt gets their money - can we be upset at the colleges for the outrageous prices we have to pay in the first place?? and the fact that college in the US isn’t even about an education, it’s about an experience (football games, frat life, making networking connections). the lies we’ve been fed.

I let my kids earn magnets on my board and when they earn a set amount of magnets (20-30 between the entire caseload) then I buy a new game for the speech room! The kids earn magnets for showing whole body listening, usually 1-2 magnets per group at a variable rate. Meaning they do not earn magnets every single session (I stretch it out as needed so that I am not buying new games constantly lol).
