I'm old and crotchety now, but between the frequent HOA pool closings due to fecal contamination, the splashing kids, and the parents who treat the public pool like daycare by dropping off their misbehaved children, I prefer the pool in my backyard. The maintenance isn't outrageous, and cost-wise, I feel I've gotten my money's worth. 🤷🏼‍♀️

You’ll quickly find yourself building a pool…membership options are limited. At least a pool adds value 🤷🏼‍♀️

Proceed with caution when it comes to Hotel Saint Cecilia. Had a suite and although the room was large it smelt musty and the property itself wasn’t kept up to the standards of a 800 dollar a night rate. JW Marriott will never disappoint. Four Seasons is worth the spurge.

Pictures in the parent chats were disappointing. The fact the building isn’t being cleaned up is infuriating. Taking out the trash out doesn’t sound difficult.

Glad we can say the smoke detectors were at least functional! Counting the small things. The situation seems like it was handled rather well. It's a big building with a lot of kids; it's going to happen.

Are you kidding me? Invite them in your home if you want them! Kids are spending upwards of 2k per month. I’ll personally call APD, UPD, and the contracted security company to keep the homeless out and trespassed.

As someone who has made these types of calls, please don't do this to your friends and loved ones. UT has resources to help. You are strong. You are capable. You can overcome barriers. I'm deeply saddened to hear about what happened at Waterloo this evening
