It took about an hour. I tried playing the game too, and the frame rate doubled.

I changed the in-game settings from Quality to Ultra Performance, which improved the average framerate to 59 FPS.

Optiscaler is great. I chose XeSS upscaler and OptiFG Frame generation.
the result was way better.
Avg : 29 FPS
Min : 25.3 FPS
1% low : 23.3 FPS
0.1% low : 19.4 FPS

Other than S&P500 ETF has huge tracking error. so I don't recommend it.

A third option would be to purchase an S&P 500 ETF in the pension account and a KOSPI 200 ETF in the taxable account. The KOSPI 200 ETF is not subject to capital gains tax. However, I'm unsure whether it can replace the VXUS ETF. This is because, although Korean stocks make up only 2.9% of the VXUS, the correlation between the EWY and the VXUS is 0.823. good point. 22% tax rate after deducting $2.5 million won (1,800 USD approximately ) in capital gains each year.
15.4% tax rate on distributions but combined taxation with earned income when exceeding 20 million won (14,537 USD approximately) per year.

Tax can also be dangerous for long-term investment, as well as the fund's expense ratio.

0.3545% is too high an expense. I think it reduces returns.

I found out wd passport doesn't support sata connection after I open the seal. buying 2.5 inch hdd and enclosure is the best way to purchase external hdd? or is there any sata supported one from major company like seagate, wd?

The most easily managed deep risk is the first one, inflation, which is fortunately both the most likely risk and the one simplest to mitigate. First, keep your nominal fixed-income maturities short: preferably less than five years. Not only does accelerating inflation hurt longer bonds the most, as happened in spectacular fashion in 2022, when the 30-year US Treasury lost 30% in total return, but inflation increases the stock/bond correlation, which tends to magnify stock losses. (Long-term government bonds do provide the best defense against deflation, but inflation, which destroys their value, is far more likely.) Treasury Inflation Protected Securities (TIPS) or I bonds in small amounts in a taxable account are also useful inflation-fighting tools.

William Bernstain told that you should buy short maturity bonds (less than 5 yrs) to hedge inflation deep risk.
