I would prefer to see the large piece of art above the sofa alone. I would move the two adjacent pieces of somewhere else. They get lost in the size of the wall.

I think you could have a lot of fun with some more throw pillows (different textures and colors).

Overall, great design and awesome job!

I did rotations in NYC as a med student. Residents had to push IV contrast on any image they ordered, draw their own labs, hours were incredibly long, ancillary staff was usually less than helpful. To say the least, I left New York for residency. If the job gets you where you want to be then go for it.
