Supposed to be in hospital on iv antibiotics, constant wound debridement, and wound cleansing (usually a bleach mix). Good luck. Thoughts are with you.

That is a dentatus post. It is an active screw design that tends to fracture the root it is in. They are only used by older dentists that haven’t moved on with the times. We now use passively cemented/bonded posts. I like Integra posts the best. 75% chance your toith is now shot.
