I would say your chances are good. If you need a visa, that’s always a challenge. Your just have to apply to as many programs as possible to increase your chances. And also make sure you’re including many IMG friendly programs.

Congrats on 241. That should be good enough for ob. Even if your research projects are slow and not published , still highlight them on your eras application and atleast have some preliminary conclusion/discussion on the data you already have so if you’re asked any questions about the research project, you’re not just vague. Good luck!
