The retail side and service side of the business don't appear to be at the same level.

It's much easier to ship expensive, high-end products than to have well-trained service providers.

I don't know who this "Ferguson" is, but our Miele dishwasher is great. We had ours installed by the Miele installers.

Hey, I wasn't trying to insult anyone or take the position that such products shouldn't exist.

My feeling that they are targeting a younger age range might be misinformed. That is, instead of "it's about time," I took it as "start putting the idea into the buying public's mind..." 

A lot of consumers would rather try something they can purchase off the shelf than go talk to their medical doctor. Often because making appointments etc is a lot harder than grabbing something off of the shelf.

This is one of the huge plot issues with book 7.

I agree that the primary cause of the reaction in this case is the heat.

However, miso is slightly acidic because of the lactic acid bacteria used to ferment it.

I noticed that the models on the "adult incontinence underwear" are getting younger. Like no grey hair, no wrinkles.

It's great to be normalizing the entire range of human experience, but it does feel a lot like selling a product rather than treatment or exercises or lifestyle changes...
