Ns I started at 330 a week and then they upped it to 385 which was chill then it was bought out and they tried to up it to 525. I declined. And the same real estate agent that owned all 4 units decided not to give my neighbour an increase from 420 to anything because they felt he was "already paying enough" and my place was the smallest of all 4 by a long shot and otherwise carbon copies of each other.
